CEO & Director 

Shmuel is the founder of Crow Electronic Engineering and has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Crow Electronic Engineering since its inception in 1982.

Since 1999, Mr. Melman serves as our director and since 2003, Mr. Melman serves as our Chief Executive Officer.

CFO 

Nir Bussy is Chief Financial Officer since January 2012.
He joined Crow Group in March 2009 as Controller. Previously, Nir held several accounting positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Israei.

Nir is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel has  B.A in Economics and Accounting and a master's degree in Accounting from Bar Ilan University Israel.

V.P. Sales & Marketing Manager, Director 

has served as director since August 2000 and has been Crow’s manager of marketing and sales since 1994.

Previously Ms. Bennoun has fulfilled numerous marketing positions including in the International Sales Division of Tadiran Telecommunications Ltd. between 1992 and 1994 and as a sales manager in Mennen Medical Ltd. from 1989 to 1991.

Ms. Bennoun is a graduate of the Institute of Political Studies in Paris, France and has an M.B.A. from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

CEO Arrowhead Alarm Products LTD 

Noel E. Jennings is the CEO of ArrowHead Alarm Products Ltd., our New Zealand subsidiary. Mr. Jennings has founded this corporation in 1986 and has served as its CEO since its inception. Mr. Jennings is a certified radio & television technician.

V.P. R&D

Shalom Shushan is CROW’s VP R&D, bringing more than 13 years of experience in various senior positions in the hi-tech industry.

Prior to joining Crow, Shalom served as CEO at Bio-Guard.  Prior to Bio-Guard, he was founder and CEO at Nayos. Before then, he was in charge of Hardware Division at Mango DSP.

Shalom holds a B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University in Beer-Sheva.

V.P.  Operations and Technology

Has served as CTO since May 1993. Mr. Segal has a B.SC degree in Electronics Engineering and has obtained a B.A. degree in physics and Mathematics during its military service in the Israeli Air force. 

Compliance & Testing Manager

Has served as Compliance and Testing Manager in Crow since 2007. Previously  Michael Lerman has fulfilled managing positions  at EMC department in certification laboratories and worked as Compliance adviser for several of companies.

Michael Lerman has a B.Sc in Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
